Exercise regimen:
 I have no fixed schedule for sports, but I play beach volleyball for four hours at Sentosa’s Tanjong Beach every Saturday.I do free-weights training daily at home with five sets of 20 repetitions. My target areas are mainly the biceps and triceps muscle groups. I do 10 push-ups at the end of each set.
Diet: I do not avoid any particular food. I consume in moderation dishes that are excessively oily or salty. I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits for the vitamins and fibre. I skip breakfast but I have a moderately heavy lunch and dinner.
