Exercise regimen: I started exercising regularly again about 18 months ago. I spend close to 10 hours a week working out. Owing to my busy schedule, I usually work out in the office gym at lunchtime. I do free weights and run on the treadmill. Every two to four weeks, I change the exercise to add variety to my workout and to work on different muscles. I run a total of 30km a week, both indoors and outdoors. For leisure, I swim or play tennis.
Diet: I do not take fast food or sugared drinks anymore. I choose steamed food over oily hawker fare. And instead of having beer, I now drink wine. I also drink lots of water and three to four glasses of fresh fruit juice every day.
