i have been eating and eating and not exercising much. i still dream the dream of a sex pack … i mean six pack. but it seems almost impossible without sucking the fats out.
hmmm …. wonder if staring at more photos will make it magically happen?

Weight: 75kg
Exercise regimen: My aim is to build power, speed, endurance and agility. I work out in the gym five times a week. All muscle groups are worked at least once a week. Emphasis is placed on the big muscle groups of the chest, back and legs, so I work these groups twice a week. I also do sprint drills, cycle and exercise on the cross trainer.
Diet: Although I work out in the gym a lot, my source of protein is from the food I eat, such as chicken breast. I eat everything in moderation.
Had a triple guilty dinner last night. 2 orders of fried oyster and 1 order of fried kway teow. These are like the 2 most sinful and oily chinese hawker food ever. In fact i avoided it for a very long time. Guess that explains the sudden floodgate.
Any case i think all the oil and calories helped me do a pretty decent 7km run this morning. Partly fuelled by the guilt and partly by the oil. Just hope i can keep up my exercise while in manila next week.
Yes am going manila from Sat to following Sun.

Good morning. It is tuesday … still having monday blues? I skipped gym yesterday and worked from home. But i got a bit of work done and even learnt something. But i really should keep up my cardio. Any case have some meetings in the office today. So cant idle and stay at home.
Got to think positive and look forward to the day. Oh well at least i tried.


mum is away this week. that means no one to make breakfast, cook, wash and iron my cloths. but i already did my washing this morning. thinking whether to iron my bedsheet or not. am going to spend more time working from home this week.

thank god its weekend. time to exercise, and work on my piling outstanding work. must keep myself inspired to work towards a lean fit bod.

Now that i have recovered from my surgery and removed the infection, i am back to training. Feels good to be able to exercise, get tortured and enjoy the muscle ache that follows without falling sick. But it has been leaving me tired at night and not able to do much of my freelance work. Am also trying to show myself more in the office instead of just working from home. That just mean my part time work are piling up real fast and real high.
Nevertheless, i will try to put in some exercise at least everyday for the next few weeks. Am trying to diet too, but that has proved to be more difficult than i thought. Thus i will continue to inspire myself with photos of young lean tone cute man and remind myself from drifting into a tummy uncle. Sounds like uncle tobby mixed with teletubby.
On a separate note, i have downloaded the developer iphone 3.0 Gold Master firmware and installed it on my iphone. Currently syncing. Cant want to try it out.
